It was another warm day and, in the morning, we met two of the grand daughters who were walking their dogs. It is a very pretty area by the River Swan and opposite the Ascot racecourse which is on the other side of the river. We had a wander around and then returned home as Margaret and Edgar were babysitting Jeffrey.
They dropped me off at the Carousel, a large shopping complex not too far away. I wandered the area for a couple of hours, there were so many different stores and shops. I had a couple of coffees at different places before getting a few items at Woolworth's and then heading home. It was a pleasant walk, although very humid. I ironed some clothes when I got back home and then put the pork chops on for tea. They were cooked by the time the others returned.
