Friday January 9 & Saturday January 10

Boy, the kittens drove me mad today, each time I went into the room, some of them were outside their area. Twice all five of them were out, lol!

I had to go out and decided to buy two more sheets of the hard board to try and block them from going over the top! 

When I got back home, I set about changing their area again. It took me quite a while and I did not make it permanent, that will happen tomorrow.


My worry is that now Chrissy will not jump over to have time out from them!

The bridge is really proving quite the attraction and they seem to enjoy the expanded area although they still want out, lol!!! It is easy to forget they are not quite five weeks old yet, they have made such good progress.

T-Rudi is really enjoying the wet food and you can hear her teeth scrunching the food, lol!! Frosty has also shown a liking for it and I usually put a little bit in each side of the bowl.

Today I set about changing things slightly. I used some cardboard across one end so that, hopefully, Chrissy will be able to jump over it. 

There were some bends and gaps in the cardboard so I used some offcuts to reinforce it, I will try and remember to take a photo of the area tomorrow.

Cindy-Lou and Magda are becoming more out-going and do not seem as shy as they used to be. 

T-Rudi continues to be the most forward in terms of wanting human contact. Chrissy is still dong a wonderful job although I suspect she will be pleased when all this is over

There were some good weight gains over the last 24 hours and five of them are over 500 gms. Poor T-Rudi still trails by a long way but she appears to be very healthy and is enjoying the wet food.
