Thursday January 15 & Friday January 16

The BIG news today is that I have decided to rename T-Rudi to Ivy. My friend suggested Holly but I thought that and Frosty sound a wee bit similar, so Ivy she is, at least while she stays with me, lol!!

Today was a busy day for me so I only got about 25 minutes in with the kittens. some of them were pretty tired as you can see, Naza and Cindy-Lou slept at my feet. Sweet Magda was half asleep under the tunnel.

I decided it was time for the second toy I had bought for them. I placed it in their area and of course intrepid Ivy was the first to examine it. 

She was soon followed by Naza and Magda. I flicked the ball round very gently and Magda soon got the idea.

She was funny as she would put a paw out to touch it and then back off, then she would come towards it and put her paw out again. This happened about three times until she was happy it would not bite her!

Ivy decided the gap in the centre was a nice size for her to sit in while Magda played, both she and Naza were very curious about the whole thing. It looks as if Magda will get some fun out of it, I hope all the others do. Weights continue their yoyo effect with gains for all today.

I went into the room this morning to find all five of them, along with Chrissy, outside their area. They really are scallywags, lol!! 

I need to do some more work on enclosing their area but I am not sure exactly what yet. I think they are going to constantly challenge me in their very adorable way.

The new toy had been moved and was upside down but Naza, very cleverly, came through the centre hole and turned it the right way up. They seem to be happy with this toy and most of them played with it one way or another while I was spending time with them.

Not many photos today, just Cindy-Lou at my feet again and Naza playing with the new toy. some good weights again today.
