I did go for a walk, however, and went in the direction of the house where the pony resides. It was another beautiful day in Ohio.
Later, after I was fully packed, Lisa too me to Sauder Village Gift Shop where I purchased a few bits and pieces, nothing very large or heavy, lol!! On the way back we went for a coffee and also popped in on Karleen and Lori to say farewell.
We then drove to Defiance, where I dropped my luggage off at the hotel, and then on to the Black Lantern where we met Deb, Connie and Joe for supper. I wanted to take Lisa out on my last night and it was god to catch up with the the others as well! I had the half a rib rack and it was delicious, the meat so tender it fell off the bones!
After our meal it was time to set off back to the hotel and say "au revoir" to Lisa. I had such a wonderful time and was so grateful for the time she spent taking me round to different places. I also met some of her friends and family and was grateful for the way I was welcomed into their circle. I love her animals as if they were my own and will miss them as well as Lisa herself.
At the hotel, I took some time to go outside and photograph the Super Moon, it was magnificent.
